1. What do I do with your data?
You can visit my website anonymously and learn more about LG.Art. I regularly collect information about the users of this website, such as browser type, duration of the visit, pages used, etc. I cannot identify you with this information.
I also collect IP addresses, but this information will generally not be directly traceable to your identity. Your IP address will only be traceable to the name of your provider or your company network. I only collect your personal data if you voluntarily provide your name and email address or other information when you contact us for information.
By filling in the contact form, you provide your details such as name, e-mail address and other details that you leave in the personal message. This info will end up at lgart.info@gmail.com and this info will be stored internally at LG.Art for customer management and accounting.
In order to accept orders by mail, I can process the following personal data from you:
Personal identity data: name, first name, address;
Contact details of freelancers: telephone number, e-mail address;
Contact details of employees of organizations (work email);
Financial details (including account number, payments, ...)

LG.Art does not store personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was provided, taking into account the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting). Retention periods may, however, differ per purpose.
LG.Art undertakes not to keep the data for longer than: a maximum of 3 years after the last use (or termination of the cooperation) unless this proves to be legally necessary for a longer period of time.

LG.Art will only pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or for purposes for which you give permission afterwards. Under no circumstances will the personal data be used for commercial purposes.
